1. Do you shoot on location only?
Yes, and I know some great locations. Either in your home or around town. We can go to a field, park, ghost town, wherever your heart desires. With pets and children, the best place is where they are comfortable, usually in the home.
2. What should I wear?
Whatever you are most comfortable in. All I ask is, if it's a family portrait, try to match each other in color. It does not need to be all red shirts and blue denim jeans. A little bit of red here and there will work just fine.
3. What shouldn't I wear?
Anything you are not comfortable in. If you are not comfortable, it will show in the photos. Be yourself.
4. How many times can we change our outfits during the session?
As many times as you want.
5.What is an in-home session like?
When I first arrive at your home, I’ll walk around and check out the lighting, and look for unique places to shoot. Do not worry about the house being a mess. I could be shooting in your backyard, kitchen, hallway, sports room etc.. Anywhere you allow me to go, that makes the photo you.
6. What is an on location session like?
I'll scout the location before the session, so I'll know on the day of the session the best places to take your photograph. If you are familiar with the location and would like to pose near a specific spot, let me know.
7. When do we see and order our images?
Approximately 2 weeks after your session. I will call and/or email you.
8. What type of packages are there?
I offer custom packages. Instead of getting hundreds of prints you end up throwing away, which will cost both you and I. You buy only what you want. You want one 8x10, you will recieve only one 8x10.
9. What happens at the consultation?
This is where we first meet. Discuss locations, payment, prints and products to order and if you would like print proofs or online proofing.
